A taste of the ‘Real World’

It’s only been a couple of weeks as an official intern at Enspyre however I feel that the experience I’ve gained in such a small amount of time it’s been life changing. 
It is on every meeting that our boss or should I say mentor, Elias has helped us in many different ways, from teaching us technical subjects, to helping us organize our ideas and put them together as a team, to desire bigger things in life and simply to learn to grow to be the person we want to be.

During an internship meeting we have different tasks to accomplish for each week, for example in our case we have been selected to help write a book therefore there is a process that we need to follow in order to guarantee that this book will be a success. We come up with ideas, then we discuss as a team how can we improve and how the public will react to it.

We also take some homework and try to work on it during the week so when we arrive to Enspyre we can present to the others all the things that we have researched, if the information that we acquired can help others in our team and simply if we can give out suggestions and work as a team.

At Enspyre, Elias has taught us the importance of team work and how there is no ‘I’ in team.
It is a group effort and as well as a future success to all.
