If you do the Enspyre internship, you will learn a lot of things. Our main teacher is Enspyre's boss Elias Ek. He will teach you things about the Internet and marketing on the Internet that you probably have never thought about before.
But that's not all! Enspyre has also partnered with a number of other companies to provide our interns with even greater learning opportunities. Each Intern group will have different teachers and different projects, so we promise that participating in the Enspyre Internship is always a great opportunity.
Before founding Enspyre, Elias Ek served as Director of International Marketing for Tablet PC maker PaceBlade, where he built the foundation for a worldwide brand. Before joining PaceBlade, Mr. Ek worked with marketing for B2B marketplace AsianProducts.com, and prior to that as Marketing Manager for TRICOR, the business arm of the State of Tennessee. Mr. Ek received a Bachelor in Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Radio/TV Broadcasting from Austin Peay State University, Clarksville, Tennessee. Mr. Ek is from Sweden, but has lived in the US, Japan and Taiwan since 1994.

工作職稱：馴SOUL師 課程助理
從去年的8月結束實習工作後，我來到了馴soul師。直到現在已經過了半年，我還是無法找到十分確切的語彙來形容自己的工作。因為在馴soul師裡的工作內容十分多元，從課程助理一直到行銷企劃，幾乎所有的工作我都參與過。
課程助理必須和學員接觸，除了上課時的協助，課程結束後，也必須電話聯絡學員，瞭解大家的情況，還有對於自己的想法。雖然在實習中，就已經打過電話給許多陌生客戶，但和已有接觸的學員談話又是另外一回事了。有些學員十分熱情，說起話來十分輕鬆，但也有部份學員只是靜靜回答問題，彷彿這只是一般的電話訪問，只想打發了事。每次的聯絡，我都會詳細紀錄學員的反應，還有自己的語氣，仔細檢討自己的說話方式，以及是否有更好的應對方法。有時會很沮喪，覺得自己好像沒有把Dior交給自己的業務技巧運用其上，但Dior總是鼓勵我，告訴我該如何應對，以及分析對方的反應。
